Stevens Real Estate specializes in Commercial, Office and Industrial Real Estate.  Elmer, Newlin and Warren Stevens, with a MISSION to SERVICE customers to the best of their ability, established the firm in 1954.  For over 50 years we have reviewed and prioritized the “unique” requirements of our clients and have strived to match them to available properties in the marketplace.

Warren, Jeffrey and Timothy Stevens are the three principals of the firm.  As one of the company’s founders, Warren is still active in all phases from real estate leasing to property management to sales.  Jeff oversees the property management and new construction departments while Tim administrates the office while coordinating the sales leasing and Tenant fit-out design functions.  This is a small “hands-on” family business with many years of experience from which to draw.
